SELBI Returns and Exchanges Policy

General Instructions

• Request: Initiate your request through our Returns and Exchanges Portal.
• Deadline: The process must begin within 90 calendar days after receipt of the order.

Returns

• Product Refund: When you decide to return a product, the refund will be applied only to the price of the product you have purchased. That is, the amount you will be refunded corresponds only to the value of the item, not including any other cost associated with the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: It is important to note that both the shipping costs for the delivery of the product (5€) and the shipping costs required to return the product are not refundable.
• Product Conditions: For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was received. If the product, its packaging or any accessory is damaged or shows signs of use, we will proceed to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund, or even refuse the return if the required conditions are not met.
• Return Shipping Costs (EU): All costs incurred in the return process within the European Union will be borne by the customer. To facilitate the return, SELBI offers a portal where you can generate a shipping label at a reduced rate of 4,88€. If you prefer, you can also choose to send the product using the courier of your choice.
  Note: these conditions are valid only for returns from European Union countries. For orders shipped outside the EU, please refer to the section "Orders outside the European Union or with Special Tariff Policies" below.
• Refund Times: Once the return has been processed, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and may take up to 15 business days, depending on the bank and card.

Size Changes

• Availability: We will try to change the size whenever possible. If there is no stock available for the requested size, a refund of the product price will be made.
• Process: The customer must send the product to be exchanged at his own expense. You can generate a label with our negotiated rates with the carriers or choose the courier of your choice.
• Free Shipping: The cost of the new shipment for size change is free of charge.

Additional Conditions

• SELBI reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return if the product does not comply with the established conditions.
• In cases of defective items, SELBI will evaluate each situation on an individual basis.
• Changes will be limited to the same item and size, subject to availability, and SELBI will determine the procedure in exceptional situations.

Orders outside the European Union or with Special Tariff Policies

• Scope: This policy applies to orders shipped to countries outside the European Union or subject to special regulations/tariffs. Typical destinations include, but are not limited to: United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
• Returns Support: SELBI does not provide support for returns management in these cases.
• Costs and Duties: SELBI does not cover any transportation costs, duties, taxes or fees arising from the return. All charges must be borne and prepaid by the customer. No shipments will be accepted with outstanding charges or COD payments.
• Shipment on Customer's Account: The customer shall arrange and ship the goods at his own expense, using the courier of his choice.
